How to schedule your NCCER assessment

1. Choose your language and assessment. Open its details page to check the test name, topics, time limit and price.
2. Submit your scheduling request. Provide your contact information and preferred appointment through that assessment page.
3. Confirm your appointment. We will confirm availability and any payment or testing instructions. A request is not a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation.
4. Bring your identification. Bring a government-issued photo ID and your NCCER number if you already have one.

Appointments must be arranged in advance. Evening and weekend options are available; confirm the time for your selected assessment before traveling.

Testing is in Portland, Texas, serving Corpus Christi, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Sinton, Rockport and the Coastal Bend. Check directions and the confirmed testing location before your appointment.
