Rig Right Texas was founded by locals who believe the Coastal Bend workforce deserves better. Mike Sanchez, a construction professional with over a decade of experience, and Sarah Sanchez, a U.S. Navy veteran, built Rig Right Texas to raise the standard for NCCER training and testing. After seeing too many classes where instructors took money without caring whether students succeeded, we knew the community needed a better way.
