Our Commitment

We are dedicated to helping every student succeed—whether you’re starting your career or leveling up. We keep classes small (no more than six students) so you get the personal coaching and feedback you need. Our instructors bring real-world experience and a passion for safety.

  • Clear expectations and support before, during, and after training.
  • Flexible scheduling and transparent pricing.
  • Highest standards of integrity, safety, and fairness in all training and assessment activities.
Grievance Policy

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to know. Please follow these steps so we can make it right:

  1. Discuss with your instructor or proctor — many issues can be resolved immediately.
  2. Submit a written grievance — email sarah@rigrighttexas.com with your name, class/assessment date, and a description of the concern.
  3. Formal review — our Director will review within 5 business days and provide a written response.
  4. Further appeal — if you’re unsatisfied, you may request that your grievance be escalated to NCCER per their procedures.

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
